Hi, random person here, who happens to be an animator. That being said, I love to see animators learn from each other, I can't help but give my input. I myself am a CG animator, while I've merely dabbled in 2D, The core of animation we share is the same... So then, here we go.
1. The legs. While not a bio-mechanically believable movement, it does, however provide the necessary idea of a downward and upward motion. Because It is 2D, you can often get away with this, and it overall, sells the motion. Can stay as is.
2 The right arm. has a bizzare gesture, but what it does do, is add a nice counter action to silver's left hand. I will note on the arc however. His left hand follows a beautiful swinging reverse "C" shape. And with animation and with nature, the body tends to follow natural curves and rotation. Looking at his right hand, it seems to cut into a straight line toward the hip. Simply increase the vertical height of the hand on the frame before it contacts his hip.
3 My last tip is gonna be on the ending. He suddenly stops and becomes still into his final pose. While I do see a little bit of settling, there should be more. In animation we call this "hitting a wall". Why is this not a good thing to do? because there is no wall there for the character to hit in order to cause him to stop like that. The easiest way to correct this would be to add some frames before with closer spacing. However I would suggest to add some overshoot, as well as some even deeper overlapping in the head/hair.
4. Overall, pretty descent, shows potential. If you don't understand the terminology above, you can check any book on the fundamentals of animation. There is a great amount of attention to detail, which is a golden trait to an animator. If you are self taught, then GOOD job.
